Traktatie – Froggy Fun

What you will need:

• Cupcakes: store bought or self-made
• Powdered sugar & water (to make a glaze/icing)
• Mini sweets or coloured sprinkles (I have used sugar coated popped rice)
• Marshmallows
• Sate sticks, glue, scissors, & tape.

This is how it works:

1. Download and print pages.
2. Frog & lily pad: Firstly place a marshmallow on each sate stick. Then fold the printed page and holding it up to the light to make sure the figures line up. Cut and glue the lily pad sides together; make a small hole and thread onto the sate stick. Cut out the figures, and glue them to a sate stick.
3. Cupcake holder: Cut carefully along the bottom of the inside and outside holder images. Align, glue together and then cut out the remaining image. Fold the image around, and overlapping slightly, tape the sides together to form the cupcake holder. Fold down the grass a little.
4. Decorate the cupcakes by making a thick paste from the sugar & water and sprinkling something sweet on top. Place a cupcake in the middle of each “pond”.
5. Insert the frogs.
